About Recursive Melancholy
Recursive Melancholy is a Progressive / Melodic House album born from a very personal place. I wrote these tracks during a time of intense introspection, where emotions kept looping back in new shapes—sometimes soft, sometimes heavy, sometimes beautifully confusing. The album became my way of translating those feelings into sound.
I worked with a mix of organic and electronic elements: atmospheric synths, textured guitar layers, deep basslines, and detailed rhythms. I love blending the warmth of real instruments with the precision of electronic production, and this album is where those two worlds finally came together in a way that feels true to me.
Each track represents a different side of that emotional journey. “Blooming Silence” carries a quiet sense of awakening, “Hypomania Voltage” captures the energetic highs, and “Recursive Melancholy” ties everything back to the theme of repeating emotions—but seen from a new angle every time.
For me, this album isn’t just a collection of songs. It’s a story of inner movement, reflected through melody, tension, release, and the little imperfections that make music feel alive. I hope that when you listen, you find a piece of your own story in it too—whether on a late-night walk, in a club, or in a moment of calm.
Music is a place we meet without words. Thanks for stepping into mine.
